We provide Residential Real Estate services for Estes Park and the surrounding areas of Allenspark, Glen Haven, Drake, Glen Haven and the Big Thompson canyon and Highway 36 areas of Pinewood Springs and Big Elk Meadows in southwestern Larimer and northwestern Boulder Counties in Northern Colorado.  I will appraise vacant land, manufactured or modular homes on land, single family homes, condos, vacant land for purchase, refinance, divorce, estate and assist private parties with an estimated sales price and strategy.  I do not list and sell real estate, there are a lot of good brokers in my service area to do that.   I do not do commercial appraisals.   I do not use trainees, all work is done by me.   Order an Appraisal
